Established in 2005, A Place in Dalmatia is a licensed estate agency under Croatian law. Visitors to our office can see the certificates which evidence our status framed on the wall. The office is located in the middle of Dalmatia, close to Split airport but we sell property all along the coast through our partners.
The agency's ethos has always been to look after our clients, helping you find the right property, guiding you through the sale process and making sure that your ownership is properly recorded at the land registry. This is what we do and because it is the only thing we are licensed to do, we try to do it very well. We are not lawyers, surveyors, builders, architects, insurance agents, letting agents or property managers but we will try to help you find reliable people to do these jobs if you want them and we guarantee that unlike many other agencies, we do this only to help our customers: we guarantee that we do not receive any form of commission payments for any referrals we make for these services. The choice is always yours.
